PRACTICE: REAL ESTATE

WA provides services for title conveyances, leaseholds and possessory rights, and financing regarding residential, commercial and investment properties. WA will negotiate, draft, and close the transaction for institutional and consumer clients.

This includes:

Residential: Purchases and Sales of 1-4 family homes, multi-family housing, HUD Section 8 housing, condominiums, and co-ops. Residential mortgage finance for prime, alt A, and subprime mortgages, reverse mortgages and HELOCs, and representation of condo associations.

Commercial: Purchase and Sales of professional offices, manufacturing plants, trade sites, and apartment buildings. WA will structure ground leases, long term leaseholds, and services regarding financing, environmental issues, and municipal zoning matters.

Investment Properties: Seasonal, vacation, second homes, timeshares, fractional shares and investment in U.S. and non-U.S. properties.
